South Australia is all set to open the RoIs or Registration of Interest. This is ideal for all those applicants who are at present living seaward in 259 occupations on South Australia’s Skilled Occupation List. The opening of this registration will take place on February 16th, 2022, Wednesday at 2 pm, ACST.

The state nomination requirements will differ, which includes the subclasses as it will depend on the occupation. Applicants will be able to see the complete requirements on the – Skilled Occupation List of South Australia on February 16th, 2022.
All potential applicants must meet the DHA or Department of Home Affairs requirements for the South Australian state nominations. Apart from that, they also have to meet the state-specific occupation criteria and develop proper skills in the respective occupation listed on the ‘Skilled Occupation List of South Australia’
All the offshore applicants who are meeting the minimum published needs can apply for a Registration of Interest or RoI on February 16th, 2022 at 2 pm. Please keep in mind that the whole state nomination process is very competitive.
There is no guarantee whether a person will get an invitation to apply for the state nominations once they lodge the Registration of Interest, even when the smallest requirements are fulfilled.
