On the contrary, if the cancellation has been done voluntarily by the minister himself/herself, then there will be least or almost no chance to apply for any kind of review.
Also, during the entire review process, each of your documents will be submitted duly and you need to submit the right kinds of documents to the AAT in the proper and expected way which will also include your passport indispensably.
